Responsibilities：

1. Close daily cooperation with Design manager in Beijing/ and Creative director in Europe.

2. Working alongside with graphic designer and creating LOVE graphic designs

3. In charge of building up a successful ONLY collection, for the constant fast moving/ demanding and very trend conscious Chinese market

4. Analyze and take immediately action on sampling fast moving trends based on absolute latest daily WGSN reports and on the spot sampling while on inspiration travels in Tokyo/ Hong Kong/Seoul

5. Responsible of High Design/ - Quality level/ effective sales sampling of ONLY collections.

6. Analyzing sales figures/ orders, and being ahead of trend and consumer needs for ONLY

7. Constantly upgrade fabric quality, fitting and product to trend and market demands

8. Constantly source latest Offers/ Trimmings/ Fabrics/-stock fabrics/ Treatments/ by Suppliers in China

9. Co-operation and training of Buyers/ PM’s/ Suppliers to achieve higher level of trend driven offer samples

10. Conduct sales review/ fitting review with buyers to improve product/ look/ fabric/ fitting etc. in weak areas/ ensure constant training in latest fittings/ shapes/ details to Technicians/ Buyers.

11. Co-operating on strong trend visualization and show styling for ONLY LOVE collection meetings

12. Co-operating with Design Manager on ONLY Main collections seasonal trend stories.

13. Working alongside with graphic designer and creating LOVE graphic designs

Requirements：

1. Qualified designer- minimum a bachelor’s degree

2. Minimum 2 years experience on designer position for similar retail driven fast fashion company (women’s fast moving/trend-driven fashion)

3. Extensive knowledge of various product groups

4. Excellent knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop

5. User knowledge of Microsoft Office and Powerpoint

6. Innovative, positive, dynamic, organized, fast learning and commercially-minded

7. Strong sense of fast moving trends and tendencies

8. Interest in Chinese culture and society is a plus,willingness to live in Beijing

9. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
