Responsibilities：

1.Construct and build up supplier intelligence cube (Information, statistics etc)

2.Make analysis based on database and identify potential areas

3.Supplier maintenance and supplier consolidation

4.Development of existing as well as new potential suppliers

5.Ensure the right quality product at the best price

6.Price negotiation and control, incl. payment terms negotiation

7.KPI evaluation of suppliers measuring:Quality of the products、Price、Delivery on time、Code of Conduct compliance 、Damages

8.Monitoring of raw material prices and other related price mechanisms

9.Tendering, RFIs, RFQ, for periodical benchmarking

10.Inventory management control and economical planning of safety stocks
