1. 主要负责促销员的招聘、录用，并与当地销售一起进行促销员的调配和招聘
2. 及时了解和全面掌握促销员在门店的具体表现, 并进行现场辅导和填写促销员店内考核表。
3. 根据公司的要求和规定， 确保促销员正确使用公司的常规工具
4. 监督和指导促销员正确填写使用常规报表
5. 每月召开一次促销员会议， 正确地传达公司的店内执行标准和进行产品知识培训。
6. 收集和及时反映公司产品和竞争对手在终端销售的动态信息
7. 负责每月统计促销员的工资和销售奖金
8. 按照公司要求每天巡查促销员门店, 并填写店内跟踪表（5P)。
9. 按照公司的规定，进行店内跟踪系统的信息输入及时反映公司产品在门店的执行情况。
10. 负责小型POP的分发和使用。
