工作范围和职责:
With responsibility of Watsons SH&ZJ MKT store daily air-condition maintenance & store refit project;
负责屈臣氏上海&浙江市场店铺的日常维修管理工作。主要有以下具体工作职责：
- Lead a team to manage and coordinate the EC store maintenance, arrange the subordinate daily work schedule, monitor theirs fruits. To ensure EC store operation in order.
带领团队管理及协调区域内店铺的维修，安排公司维修人员的日常工作，并对工作结果进行监督和管理，保证东区店铺日常营运的有序进行；
- Stipulate and follow store maintenance procedure;
制定及维护店铺维修的工作流程；
- Manage the maintenance supplier，monitor the quality. Involve in supplier annual review and auction.
管理第三方维修商，对他们的服务质量进行监督。参与并管理供应商年度考核和竞标；
- Stipulate store air-con maintenance standard and work procedure (SOP);
制定店铺的机电设备的保养及维修标准和计划；
- In charge of store minor refit project;
负责店铺的小型改造工程；
- Keep in good communication with Ops and other dept.
与营运部及公司其它部门保持良好的沟通。
II. Requirement
要求:
- College degree or above, and at least five-year relevant working experience, about three years team management experiences. Project management experiences is priority;
大专以上学历；五年以上相关工作经验，三年左右团队管理经验，有工程项目经理经验者优先；
- Familiar with air-conditioning system and can independently work out plan to solve the problem of the air-conditioning system in stores;
熟悉空调系统或供配电系统，能独立制定店铺的维修方案或排查故障方案；
- Have good communication and coordination skills, good at organization and planning.
良好的沟通与协调能力，擅长组织与规划；
- Person of integrity, commitment 、accountability and patient.
为人正直，重承诺，并具有责任心和耐心；
- Hard working and can accept long hours and irregular working time
能够不定时和长时间努力工作
- Willing to travel as job requirement.
可根据工作需要出差。
