Objective of this job:
To establish effective regional marketing strategies, marketing plans and marketing activities in region for NovoNorm and GLP-1 in order to maintain and develop strong brand and maximize short and long term sales volume and profits.

Area of responsibilities:
Collect and analyze all relevant regional market (customers, competitors, etc.) information
Identify regional market opportunities and develop plans to realize them
Maintain current product information and knowledge
Prepare annual regional marketing plans for NovoNorm and GLP-1
Implement all approved tactical activities
Monitor performance of products and carry out necessary changes to ensure targets are achieved
Manage promotional expenses to ensure compliance with approved budgets
Provide innovative support to the sales department (materials, training, information, promotional programs, etc.) and ensure strong collaboration and concise communication
Maintain regular contacts and establish good relations with regional KOL, key customers
Establish good cooperation relation with regional medical advisers, training consultant and other RPM.

Education and Experience Requirements of the Position:
Minimum 2 year experience in pharmaceutical sales
University degree required; Medical degree a plus
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be energetic, intelligent, reliable, analytical, and friendly
