POSITION TITLE: Finance Supervisor- Customer Development Team

DEPARTMENT: Finance
LOCATION: Guangzhou

PURPOSE STATEMENT:

Building strategy to drive consumer value, category profits, company revenue and shared goals

SCOPE:

Financial: Provide financial directions and leadership to the selling team by leveraging financial analysis in order to enhance demand through customers in a cost effective way by managing customer(s) P&L, managing GTN, providing financial analysis and tracking and managing cost to serve, and working capital.

Other: Drive effectiveness and efficiency in business process

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Participant in the development of channel/account P&Ls, understand and analyze investment in trade and category profitability and integrate into account selling stories.
2. Develop, communicate and monitor financial KPI’s to ensure projected ASP and Net Margin targets by brand and customer are achieved.
3. Actively participate in account planning and business reviews by evaluating promotional plans (pre and post) and their impact on account and brand strategies and communicate the financial impact to the commercial team
4. Act as an active member in the multi-functional team by setting financial direction and priorities for the team, and by developing a direct working relationship with customers’ financial personnel.
5. Analyze and recommend methods to improve GTN effectiveness and ensure integrity of data and proper cost allocations.
6. Support, collect and analyze terms & conditions mapping/assessment and sales policy compliance, and make recommendations for improvement.
7. Track and analyze sales overhead and review with finance and sales management
8. Ensure the right systems and processes are in place to deliver maximum sales and profit.
9. Provide guidance and training to multi-functional selling teams in order to further improve overall financial knowledge.

EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE:

Education: University degree in finance/accounting, MBA or post graduate degree a plus

Experience: 5+ years business experience with minimum of 2 years in commercial finance areas.

Special Knowledge: SAP and database expertise. Competency in EXCEL.

Competencies: Strong learning ability, energetic and self-motivated, resulted oriented, good analytical skills, strong relationship building and negotiation skills.
