Job Description:
(1)Trade Marketing
- Responsible for the development of specific customer annual/quarterly/monthly/plan for TT channel
- Assist SD&P Manager in trade plan sell in and evaluation
- Work with BU Marketing team to drive brand or package initiatives at specific customers and distributors in TT channel.
- Track, report and share results with customers, BU and distributors
- Assist SD&P Manager in trade marketing capability development at distributors
- Assist SD&P Manager in strengthening Health and Wellness Strategy
- Ensure implementation of PGSB Merchandising Standard for distribution, pricing & shelving
- Ensure accurately & timely communication flow with field force on initiatives, final plans & support
(2)Distributors Communication & Support
- Monitor, analyze and share results of key customer marketing programs with BU & distributor
- Facilitate trade marketing Best Practice Tool development and sharing
- Monitor the marketing program development & execution
- Assist in enhancing the business model of “Right Choice Distributor”
(3)Support National Campaign and Channel Merchandising Initiatives
- Support SD&P Manager on national campaign and channel merchandising initiatives development
- Work with vendor and distributor teams on national campaign and channel merchandising programs execution and evaluation
(4)Forecast and Planning
- Develop Monthly/Weekly Sales forecast by collaborating with Key Account team, Region Managers & DC of SW
Requirements:
- University graduate or above, major in Marketing
- 3-5years of progressive sales or marketing experience, FMCG experience preferred
- Provide direction and support to analysts in regards to project and insight development
- Support field sales team by delivering capabilities on product and category reviews to data insights and analysis
- Assist in development of divisional strategy planning and AOP delivery
- Willing and able to do frequent traveling
- Inspire passion in growing brand and winning in market place
- Strong attention to details and adherence to procedures and systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with other people
- Strong sense of ownership and time
- High willingness to learn and help others
- Capable of working under pressure
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- Good at Microsoft Office software application
- Good inter-personal skills
