Key areas of responsibility:主要负责部分
1．Sales Forecast Update and review
2．NNTP and L1 Inventory analysis and follow up
3．Supply Chain Project responsible person
4．Ex-NN Sales budget participation and follow up
5．Other ad hoc sales and forecasting report required from management

Main job tasks: 主要工作任务
Sales Forecast Update and review
Summarize the Ex-NN forecast per distributor, verify the submitted data and inventory level, review the consolidated data with AB, RE2& sales target;, coordinate with finance and management for adjustment;
Follow up the sales status and coordinate with commercial staff to keep the realized figure under control;
Maintain the forecast in GSF system;
Continuous improvement of forecast accuracy by coordinating with marketing, sales, and commercial staff and NNTP colleague

Sales budget preparation and follow up
Update the budget template, prepare annual sales budgets(including RE2/AB) based on the data from marketing and sales, coordinate with finance and management for final confirmation;
Periodically report the sales status to the management and analyze the realized ex-market sales vs. budget;
Cooperate with MKT for mid-term planning on 24months-36months rolling basis

NNTP and L1 Inventory analysis and follow up
Review the stock level of NNTP finished goods and propose the necessary suggestion for high inventory level product and short shelf life product;
Periodically analyze the stock of L1 distributor and prepare the relevant inventory report;
Coordinate with MKT in monthly review of L1 inventory and sales and etc.;

Other ad hoc sales and forecasting report required from management
Gather feedback from management, continuous improvement of the current analysis report;
Manage& Analyze other sales data and inventory data arising from business needs;

Supply Chain Project
SCM project key member in forecasting part;
Participate the new product launch representing the logistic;
Key member of cross functional project with NNTP such as high speed line project, FlexPen new design and etc.
Team leader in handling product return and write off;

Assist team member in other data analysis
Support logistic team member in improving the analysis quality

Qualifications (minimum requirements): 能力要求
1．有2年以上的医药行业销售预测工作经验
2．对数字敏感，有很强的分析和判断能力
3．有很好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，吃苦耐劳，爱岗敬业
4．工作严谨，责任心强，能够承担压力
5. 具备一定的财务知识，良好的办公软件使用技巧

Education: 教育
Bachelor degree or above 大学本科或以上

Professional experience: 个人经历
college degree majored in statistics, finance or economics with 2-3 years’ analyst experience;
Familiar with commercial management, pharmaceutical companies preferred;
Good analytical and judgmental skills
Good communication and computer skills;
Good planning mindset;
Good team working spirit
