Position Summary:

Junior Functional Analyst for Oracle Applications R11i and/or R12 implementations. Responsible for supporting APAC Oracle related projects and level one support of issues. General duties include, but are not limited to, gathering/tracking requirements, ad-hoc report creation, level one solution design, development of functional specifications, system testing, end user training and production support.

Responsibilities:

· Gathering of business requirements as they relate to the rollout of the Oracle ERP software.

· Configure and test software as needed

· Develop and document detailed program specifications, business process models and scenarios.

· Design, document, develop and test ad-hoc reports

· Prepare training documents and train users.

· Participate in project roll out (conference room pilot, user acceptance testing, go-live support)

· Participates in post-production software support and problem resolution.

· Ensure project activities are executed in accordance with defined processes and methodology

· Other duties as assigned by management

Skills:

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems, Business Administration preferred but not required

· MUST have a basic understanding of SQL and relational database concepts (tables, rows and columns)

· MUST have strong ability to communicate in English, orally and written

· Understanding of basic business concepts is a plus: order entry, customer invoicing, purchasing, inventory management, manufacturing and order fulfillment

· Oracle Application implementation experience and training will be a plus. Specifically: Inventory, Shipping, Process Manufacturing, Purchasing, Order Management and Costing (Oracle Applications 11i and/or 12 e-Business Suite)

· Desire to learn new technologies

· Desire to work in a team-based environment; must be able to take project direction

· Detail oriented; Results driven; Must be able excel in a deadline driven environment

· Willing to travel internationally and domestically 20% of the time

Skilled fluent English or Japanese, or korean language
