Assist to develop product management plans including FS customer promotion activities relating to product, packaging, distribution and pricing as needed.

Assist to develop and implement innovation programs (NPD, relaunches, line extension, packaging revamp, etc.) using appropriate chef testing to ensure chef appeal and marshal appropriate resources to bring to market in line with agreed schedules.

Plan and implement customer (chef/restaurant) promotions (premium giveaway, onpack, wet & dry sampling, POSM) to ensure the activities launched in line with schedule agreed. Work closely with trade mkt and supervise agency to ensure the excellence of field execution. Conduct post evaluation for result delivery vs. target and obtain key learning

Day to day product operating routines including analyzing product performance of FS soy sauce category, SAP maintenance, product code application, label change to comply with regulations and A&P expenses/procurement process.
