Responsibilities and key activities

- New product quality control by early involvement.

- Perform root cause analysis for front line feedbacks, push for corrective action and change request.

- Perform failure part analysis through support of cross-function team, as well as supplier.

- Perform feedback data analysis, optimize feedback system.

- Perform product and process inspections as directed.

- Perform site technique support, trouble shooting.

- Communicate with front line globally for any quality issues.

- Communicate with related department on Quality issues and continuous improvement.

- Perform auditing activities of full chain including customer service, engineering, manufacturing, logistics etc.

Skills and Qualifications

- University graduate major in mechanical / electrical engineering or equivalent;

- At least 3 years' relevant work experience, preferably in quality field

- Sound communication skill of Mandarin and English (spoken and written);

- Good PC skill (office software, network system, etc);

- Good technical understanding of designs and solutions that meet customer expectations;

- Knowledge and experience of manufacturing/operational process(es) and their continuous improvement through application of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and/or other proven methodologies;

- Resource planning and resource management skills;

- Project management skills and experience;

- Designing skills and ability to utilize latest design/drawing tools and processes.
