Responsibilities

1. You will together with Design Manger be fully responsible for the success of the brand, success rate and growth.

2. Work closely with Design Manager and design team

3. Create 4 collections and 3 Power collections a year

4. Trend research with Design Team

5. Play an active role in creating concept and moldboards with Design team

6. Create style design sheets according to style budget

7. Follow up that your ideas on design sheet are followed

8. Making sure that design deadlines are kept

9. Work closely with buying team and pattern maker team

10. Together with Design manager constantly ensure upgrade of product groups: Pinpoint and improve weak categories, fabric quality, fitting and product to market demands from running analyzes.

11. Together with Design manager constantly ensure latest trimmings, fabrics, treatments, fittings and updating of suppliers according to trend

Requirements

1. Minimum 4 years experience solid work experience within similar branded menswear.

2. Good commercial understanding

3. Team player

4. You possess excellent communication skills, and are good at getting your idea’s through.

5. Solid command of English both written & oral.

6. Used to work with deadline, and can work under pressure.

7. Good knowledge in using Photoshop and Illustrator.

8. Have a fashion Diploma

9. Well organized
