Senior Sales Representative (SSR) Recruiting Program

Colgate-Palmolive (China) is now recruiting young talents as its sales trainee via third party workforce agency (第三方劳动服务公司).

SSR is our sales trainee program via third party employment. The purpose of the program is to train and develop future Customer Manager for the company. Customer Manager is the entry level for Customer Development function. SSR will receive a comprehensive on the job training and qualification for about 6 – 12 months. During these 6-12 months, SSR will work as front line sale representative to learn and practice sales skills and competencies, and it’s expected to deliver sales results too. SSR will be assigned a supervisor to provide regular coaching and supervision, sharing experiences and providing supports. The SSR who would pass the company qualification and evaluation program, will be offered by Customer Manager, the Colgate Palmolive (China)’s full time employee (正式全职员工).

Work Location: one of the cities located in the south(eastern/western/north) region.

Responsibilities:

1. 初步熟悉公司文化，了解公司产品，学习相关销售及管理技能，为将来转正做客户经理打基础
2. 在岗学习，为将来有机会管理理货员团队，确保公司5P在终端门店的执行, 进而促进生意的快速发展打好基础
3. 在所负责区域内，进行门店拜访（包括超市和便利店 ）
4. 负责门店理货，按照公司的陈列图要求进行货品的摆放
5. 确保区域内的商店不缺货，执行或指导销售代表在超市进行点单和建议订单
6. 执行本月公司促销，卖进，月度重点陈列，月度重点分销
7. 通过执行产品分销、促销、定价、货架陈列和宣传资料的使用来维护销售终端的店内形象
8. 与客户保持良好的关系

Competencies:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. 1-3 years working experiences, at least 1 year in FMCG

3. High English proficiency in both oral and written, CET 4 is a must
