Main job tasks:

-According to the headcount plan conduct the necessary recruitment activity to fulfil the manning needs ( Responsible provinces: Xin Jiang, Sichuan, Chongqing, Gan Ning Qing, Tibet)
-Own the whole recruitment process including headcount verification, job analyze, channel selection, pre-screen, group interview, face to face interview and offer negotiation and pre-on boarding.
-Provide recruitment expertise consultancy to line manager on channel definition and candidate assessment based on job specific requirement
-Analyze the responsible organization’s status and outstanding issue to work out recruitment solution for critical areas
-Track the responsible location and job function’s market information and recommend local practical recruitment channel and qualified recruitment agency
-Provide weekly and monthly recruitment report and analysis
-Support Staffing Manager on mass recruitment project management
-Lead the responsible organization’s recruitment process streamlining and optimization

Other individual assignments:
-Take lead to look into external labour market conditions, esp. competitors’ manpower evolutions, further more contribute to talents attraction and internal turnover reduction.

Qualifications:
-Professional candidate assessment skill and have experience of conducting recruitment in a structured way
-Good communication and influencing ability
-Optimistic and could work with challenge
-Good team work spirit
-Willing to travel 60% per year

Education:
-Bachelor degree
-Post Graduate degree in Human Resources desirable
-Fluent in English

Professional experience:
-4+ years experience in Human Resources area and at least 2 years experience on recruitment
-At least 2 years experience in multinational company
