POSITION TITLE: Customer Manager - DT (直供渠道客户经理)
REPORT TO : Business Manager
DEPARTMENT: Sales
LOCATION: Shanghai

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Deploys and monitors the implementation of Sales strategies and initiatives for the Customer
2.Key account and stores management.
3.Monitors the performance of retailer’s sales and merchandising team to ensure field execution as per Colgate standard.
4.Provides professional service to assigned customers to solicit their best support to distribute CP products.
5.Actively collects market information to ensure that the company is up-to-date with the latest market situation.
6.Collects customer’s receivable on time and alert potential credit risk to manage DSO within regional target.
7.Delivers Monthly Sales goals through the effective placement of Sales team and resources management
8.Manages expenses within the S&B budget given by the manager.
9.Conducts monthly Business Reviews with all key Customers.
10. Creates the Best Place to Work environment – Works with each Contract Sales person to ensure they are trained to deliver the company’s expectations at store level.
11. Provides weekly data from the Contract Sales Force on Initiative
12. Base city in local city is preferred.

EDUCATION AND /OR EXPEREICNE:
Education: College graduate / Degree holder
Experience: 2 to 3 years sales experience, computer literacy, basic English

Strong communication and negotiation Skill
