Responsibility:
1.Manage/coordinate new package development activities across all functions, including GTD (Global Toothbrush Division, Marketing, R&D, Technology), CSX PSC, and suppliers
2.Manage technical elements associated with the new package development and commercialization, including package specifications, BOM, new materials,quality standards, lab testing, documents management
3.Ensure the package is developed in accordance with Quality, EOHS, Product Safety, and Regulatory Standards.
4.Lead the Technology Transfer of new package, equipment and technology to the shop floor for effective implementation
5.Work with Quality on the complaints or feedbacks from the customers and consumers on product package quality…analysis the reason and find the solution.
6.Manage the Toothbrush Central Lab which is capable to conduct packaging test (ISTA certificated).
7.Identify and implement Funding the Growth (saving) projects such as material localization, process optimization, product simplification, etc


Requirements:
1.Bachelor and above
2.Package Engineering related
3.3+ years experience
4.1+ project management experience
5.Good English
