? Assist sales director on daily sales management
o Establish sales management system on daily sales management
o market demand fulfilment based on accurate sales forecast
o PPOSM/TPOSM/sales tool/premiums design/purchase & allocation to maximize customer service in multi-level of supply chain and in-stall visibility in markets;
o
? Successful promotions or programs initiation and implementation which aim to enhance sales performance, esp. to the end-users.
o Identify the key issues sales faced through data analysis and market visit with field force;
o Work with regional sales heads to find out opportunities strategically
o Initiate promotions and programs to support sales target attainment for short or long time
o Cooperate with multi functions to insure the success of all supporting plans
o Execution and
? A & P budget control
o Formulate annual plan phasing according with sales plan
o Monitor expenses progress and review results with sales director timely
