Responsibilities:
1.Follow the VM PR strategy, working out yearly PR calendar together with the Marketing Manager
2.Maintaining and developing the fashion media and KOL/stylist network; creating a media database and maintaining on monthly basis
3.Tracking the fashion magazines editorial calendars/monthly themes for each season to know the topic about fashion wise
4.Ongoing contacts with fashion media and KOL/stylists to present the latest samples that fit the profile of their magazine
5.Draft press release and create other PR related material based on VM marketing needs
6.Coordinating with VM Visual team and VM Production team for the styling and decorating of VM showroom for each campaign (New Arrival, Promotional, On-sale, etc.) , and make sure the correct and punctual message upload to VM social media
7.Cooperate closely with EC team and VM Culture team for the contents management of VM social media (Weibo, WeChat, Renren, etc.)
8.Keeping up to date with the latest trends and keeping an eye on the competitors
9.Tracking interesting new magazines, newspapers, radio and TV-channels to be as visible as possible with VERO MODA clothes
10.Deliver monthly media (traditional and new) report including the most important fashion clippings
11.Monitoring of editorial fashion clippings and send public mail on a monthly basis
Requirements:
1.Having a broad knowledge of the fast fashion business and being familiar with the most important local fashion media and KOL/stylists
2.Having a good knowledge and interest in fashion, have a good fashion sense

3.Good communication capability in terms of verbal and writing
4.Being creative and initiative, have the career passion for fast fashion PR; having great social skills
5.Good project management capability – able to accomplish multiple tasks and deliver good results with given resources
6.Good command of English in both verbal and writing
7.Good learning ability to get to know VM band/marketing knowledge and company process
8.Being an “VM person” and a good team player
