Job Aim 工作目标

To lead the store team in maximizing sales and profit while achieving set targets. Provide leadership, coaching and discipline to ensure the highest standards of customer service, store presentation, inventory management and store administration. Consistently ensure all company policy and procedures are implemented while striving at all times to reduce store costs.

带领店铺管理团队实现销售和利润的最大化，提供指导、培训和原则以确保所辖店铺的顾客服务、店铺陈列、库存管理以及店铺行政工作的高标准执行；保证所有公司制度得到持续的贯彻，同时一直努力降低店铺成本。

I.Implementation of item display, VAS, promotion in order to present high level store appearance, best customer environment and commodity choice.

严格贯彻公司产品陈列标准及促销规定,以达到提高最高的店铺陈列标准,最好的顾客服务以及产品组合选择

III. Follow-up daily sales performance, collecting competitor’s information

日常销售业绩的跟踪,并及时收集各种竞争对手的信息

IV. Ensures all staff are aware of daily and weekly sales targets

V. Being aware of the stock status taking full use of the POG and the display area to make regular commodity displays in order to keep best sales performance.

为实现最好的销售业绩，必须时刻知晓库存现状，充分利用陈列图和陈列区域面积，做到产品有规则的陈列

VI. Stock turnover rate and safety stock control, implementation of storage management policy

控制库存周转率以及安全库存,并贯彻公司的库存管理政策
