职位描述
任职要求：
1、专科及以上学历；
2、1年以上卖场管理经验，或外资餐饮连锁企业餐厅管理经验；
3、了解卖场的日常管理；
4、了解连锁店铺的收银、促销、货品的管理；
5、掌握员工管理技巧；
6、优秀的沟通能力及团队合作精神，具有上进心及吃苦耐劳的工作态度。

岗位职责：
通过六个月的培训，考核通过后，转正为副店。带领店铺管理团队实现销售和利润的最大化，提供指导、培训和原则以确保所辖店铺的顾客服务、店铺陈列、库存管理以及店铺行政工作的高标准执行；保证所有公司制度得到持续的贯彻，同时一直努力降低店铺成本。
工作地点：黄山市屯溪区黄山路家得利超市一层屈臣氏店铺
