Ensure offer data best-in-class standards & process, enrich web experience to better promote Schneider Electric’s offer, drive customer satisfaction in digital journey.
Ensure that business requirements are transferred into system processes and designs, and successfully deliver to customers the best experience of the digital platforms.


岗位职责
1）Offer Data
- Closely work with BU offer teams and offer data teams to enrich offer data digital content, deliver 100% readiness of offer data for product related projects
- As PIM Champion, coordinate and deliver offer optimization projects between global teams and country teams. Collaborate and support Global marketing teams in the case of leveraging offer data in projects and platforms where needed.
- Accelerate offer data completeness, improve the quality of offer data and digital assets published on our official website.
- Ensure offer data are compliant with Schneider Electric’s standards and relevant external standards (ETIM, eClass), and follow proactively evolutions of standards on offer publication.

2) Business Analysis and Project Manager
- As a digital customer experience related BA and PM, in-depth understanding of Schneider Electric's digital marketing scenarios for customers, insight into customer life cycle data and business scenarios, find customers' current pain points and digital capabilities that Schneider needs to improve, based on these data analysis to define different priority business scenarios for customer personalized experience.
- Work closely with Business team and IT team to evaluate related demands, propose effective & advanced solution to align company strategy
- In charge of digital customer experience related project BA and PM, and ensure the successful delivery of the project
- Need implement or deeply participated in digital customer experience related platforms (such as Schneider PRM, SCRM, Martech, etc.), and design the front-end UX/UI for customer-related applications

岗位要求
Bachelor’s degree or above.
More than 5 years of working experience in big company/projects. Focus on marketing/sales business analysis and 3+ years working experience in IT project implementation.
Have implemented or deeply participated in customer and digital marketing related platforms (such as CRM, SCRM, Martech, etc.). Experience in front-end UX/UI design for customer-related applications is preferred.
Great experience and ability in business analysis, strong project management skills and experienced collaboration cross-functional teams, presentable to stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication English skills, proficient in operating systems with English interface.
Keen and willing to experiment with digital technology, having digital mindset to demonstrate enterprise IT value.
Self-motivated, result driven.
