岗位职责：
1、组织制定、修订安全规章制度，全面推进中心安全管理责任体系建设，落实安全责任制。掌握中心安全生产动态，及时分析、研究、拟定措施解决存在的安全问题。
2、组织开展危险源排查和各项安全生产检查，督办重大安全隐患整改，避免安全生产责任事故的发生。
3、有计划地组织全员的体系及流程相关培训和考核工作，落实单位内部员工安全培训工作、新进员工“三级”安全教育等。
4、主持安全生产事故的调查、分析，对安全生产事故的处理，提出专业裁决意见。
5、协助中心与政府相关部门对外关系的协调，组织公司安全项目保证体系内部和外部的审核。
6、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、具备安全工程等相关专业大专及以上学历。
2、具备3-5年中大型企业安全管理工作经验;
3、具备领导、监察、审查、评估及修订安全监管职能及工作能力。
4、熟练掌握各项安全管理条例、消防等法令法规。
5、具有较强的安全隐患分析能力和处理应急事件的能力，有良好的语言沟通能力。
6、为人正直，责任心强，作风严谨，工作认真细致。
7、具备较强的公文写作能力，能熟练使用WORD及PPT等相关办公软件。
7、持有注册安全工程师证优先。
