职位描述
工作职责:
1、负责AI算法某一方向的产品规划、整体方案设计等工作；深刻理解合作伙伴和客户的AI产品需求，算法需求等。包括但不限于计算机视觉、智能语音、自然语言理解、知识图谱等方向。
2、主动挖掘算法的业务场景，分析场景中所遇到的挑战和未来的方向；有效地将客户问题转化为需求传递到后方团队，推动产品及算法能力的智能化升级。
3、负责竞品对标分析，并根据产品战略定位，明确其优化迭代方向，组织相关资源推进落地。
4、制定产品研发计划，跟进算法迭代进度，推动算法项目导入。
任职资格:
1、本科学历，计算机、数学、通信或电子类相关专业，3-5年IT行业软件相关经验。
2、具备优秀逻辑思维能力，具备独立思考及快速学习能力。严谨，耐心，追求卓越。
3、结果导向，主动性强；具备目标拆分能力，熟悉产品研发设计流程。
4、熟悉计算机视觉、智能语音、NLP、机器学习、知识图谱等AI技术在To B领域的应用，有丰富的AI类产品实践经验；
5、具备算法产品落地或算法研究背景者优先
