Responsibilities:

1. Data analysis daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly based on the demands of design team and buying team and deliver all the related reports on time
2. Cooperation with IT department: maintain and apply data in ERP, and explore the BI reports with BI team according to the demands
3. Cooperation with Retail department: learning the requirement of the retail department and the production feedback from them, arranging the specific items implementation and tracking in shops
4. Daily attendance record
5. Dealing with urgency, and follow up the specific programBe ready to be a personal assistant with all the tasks it includes

Requirements:

1. A service minded personality
2. A person with intentions of eventually becoming a buyer is not of interest
3. Interest in figures and reports
4. Excel knowledge but does not have to be on extremely high level
5. Good English level
