岗位职责：1、根据公司产品研发规划，参与全乳品新产品的工艺设计；2、配合配方开发部，完成产品实验室向工厂调试转化；3、参与工厂新设备、新工艺的选型与调试；4、深入工厂生产线，了解各个工厂工艺设备情况，提出各个工厂设备工艺改进建议；5、积极参与工厂设备与工艺的研发与调试，为市场与生产提供工艺与设备技术支持；6、了解全球乳制品行业新工艺、新设备的发展，并定期进行案例推荐。

岗位要求：1、食品科学，食品加工、机械设备、微生物、化学等相关专业，本科及以上学历；2、具有乳制品研发、工艺研发和乳品机械相关工作经验5年以上(本科)或2年以上（硕士）工作经验；3、富有创新解决问题能力和良好的沟通、协调、组织和团队建设能力；4、熟悉乳制品加工工艺、制造设备、以及能够把握发展趋势和业务发展动向，对关键技术有自己独到见解，具有产品研究及创新理念；5、具有良好沟通能力，具有协调产品开发部、市场部、工厂等工艺设备部对外的沟通交流能力；6、能从事工艺相关的研究，并有发表文章的经验；7、诚信正直，富有强烈的责任感和事业心；8、身体健康、能出差，有驾驶经验者优先。
