职位描述
Mission:
? Responsible for building the AS annual Budget plan and mid term plan, follow up the budget to make sure its achievement.
? Responsible for AS performance analysis, monitor the achievement of AS Turnover, expense and profitability.
? Responsible for parts pricing.
? Responsible for improving customer satisfaction.
Scope of action:
? Company involved: Renault (Beijing) Automotive Co., Ltd Wuhan branch
? Geographical: work location Wuhan
? Technical: English level 4 or equivalent, English intermediate level in daily usage, Microsoft Office tools (Word, PPT, Excel)
? Key decision meetings: Business and policy review, sales analysis review, pricing meeting, customer satisfaction improvement activities review
Deliverables and indicators:
? Budget and MTP practicability, and the implementation on time with efficiency
? Spare parts sales revenue, gross margin and operation profits
? Accuracy of parts price, timeliness of price maintenance
? CS improvement, and VOC result.
KEY COOPERATIONS:
? Cooperate with China region Parts and performance team.
? Cooperate with Renault HQ CS team and parts pricing team.
? Cooperate with CSI survey company.
? Cooperate with After-sales dealer networks.
