1.       Assists in development of risk and compliance priorities, goals and objectives, and works to embed them in the business policies and practices.

2.       Executes compliance auditing and monitoring assignments in the areas of trade promotion, interactions with HCPs, HCEs and GOs, use of third party and other key operational processes as identified as areas of focus.

3.       Develops working papers, summarizes audit findings, and reviews other documents to support the findings. 

4.       Reports compliance issues in a timely manner, proposes action plan to remediate identified risks, agrees action plan with responsible persons and follows up actions to completion. 

5.       Provides day-to-day compliance advice and guidance to the business team in the region.

6.       Delivers training on compliance matters including FCPA, business conduct, conflict of interest, etc. Be a resource to the business to ensure that policies are well communicated, understood and followed.

7.       Assist in handling compliance matters (as appropriate) under the direction of the Global Compliance team.

Education and Experience

·            Bachelor’s degree

·             At least 5 years experiences in auditing, monitoring, risk management or compliance.

·             In-depth knowledge of elements of an effective compliance program and global regulatory requirements related to anti-bribery / anti-corruption.

·             Knowledge of compliance standards and best practices.

·             Excellent communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate across functions, regions, and teams.

·             One or more of the following advanced degrees and/or certifications a plus:

？   Advanced degree in Law, Business, or Accounting

？   CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner)

？   CCEP (Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional)

？   CCE (Certified Computer Examiner)

？   CHC (Certified in Healthcare Compliance)

？   CIA (Certified Internal Auditor)

？   CPA (Certified Public Accountant)

·             Knowledge and experience in healthcare industry along with international distribution, development and trade is desirable.

·             Regional travel is required - estimated up to 25%.
