职位描述
岗位职责：
1、做好处方药与非处方药的分类管理工作，对处方药和非处方药的陈列进行监督指导。
2、负责对处方进行审核，审核合格后在处方上签字，交调配人员调配销售，并对调配过程进行指导；对有配伍禁忌或超剂量的处方不得调配，必要时经原处方医师更正或重新签字后方可调配；对处方所列药品不得擅自更改或代用。
3、处方药严格按处方进行调配、销售；对非处方药的销售应积极主动的对顾客进行用药指导。
4、做好《处方药调配销售记录》并按要求保存处方。
5、对非药师人员进行指导，参与质量管理教育工作和药品知识的培训工作。
6、在进行用药咨询时，应详细询问顾客的病情及用药史，根据病情推荐对症的药品；并应正确介绍药品的性能、用途、用法用量、禁忌和注意事项等有关知识，保证顾客用药安全有效。
7、积极收集药品不良反应信息，协助门店质量负责人进行汇总后及时上报。
8、协助门店质量负责人接待、处理顾客质量查询和质量投诉。
9、遵从店铺所有的规章制度和政策规定，包括店铺班前会、上班考勤以及年假安排等，有任何突发事件要***时间向店铺当班反映。 任职资格：
1. 中专或以上学历，主修医学、药学、护理专业
2. 良好的沟通技巧和顾客服务意识
3. 主动工作和有团队精神
4. 需要持有执业药师证

武汉市珞瑜路鲁巷广场负一层屈臣氏
