1、协助搭建集团、子公司内控体系，对流程设计、执行有较深的认识，可以独立完成流程设计合理性和执行有效性评估、建设、优化工作； 

2、能识别并管理公司内部控制关键控制点，协助构建内控风险矩阵，能够提出中、知期合理内控风险管理方案；

 3、对所负责领域的内控项目进行全周期管理，包括计划、测试、优化及实施等工作；

 4、组织或推进多部门合作的内控建设的规范与优化，与业务部门保持及时良好沟通、参于业务流程优化、从内控角度给予建议；为业务部门提供内控咨询，并进行内控思维宣贯培训； 

5、参于公司核心业务流程及信息化建设工作过程中与内控相关的工作； 

6、定期对流程运作效率和执行情况进行监控、评估和分析，基于成本效率原则，提成流程化策略和建议，确保业务流程有效性及高效运作；

 7、组织并参于内部审计工作，同时对内审发现的内控问题定位问题根因，指导及协助相关部门进行整改落实。 

任职要求： 

1、教育水平：大学本科及以上学历。 

2、专业：审计、财务、风险管理等相关专业。 

3、培训经历：内控内审流程培训、企业管理培训及其它培训。

 4、经验： 4.1内控内审工作5年以上相关实施工作经历，金融行业佳，具备独立开展内控内审项目的能力有IT审计或中型以上流程管理及内控项目经验优先 4.2熟练掌握内控风险管理审计、IPD方法风险意识强，对常用信息系统了解; 4.3具有内控控制业务流程建设等相关专业知识及深入理解; 

5、工作态度：具备较强的工作责任心、坚持原则，作风严谨，认真敬业。 6、其它要求: 6.1新行业业务学习理解能务强，具有快速学习专研能力; 6.2善于沟通与跨部门协作有独立分析及解决问题能力逻辑性强; 6.3项目管理能力、沟通及协调推动能力强 

7、可适应短期出差。
