为了贯彻和管理企业在中国商务战略计划和目标,该企业诚聘一名:

中国区销售总经理(农业)
该职位为全日制长期工作,您将拥有以下职责:
? 贯彻执行总公司在中国市场的商务战略计划和目标,这包括创造利润,提高营业额和产品质量
? 以实现公司的理念,任务和规范化准则为原则给出指导方向
? 成为总部和中国区市场的中间人,确保中国区业务按照中国的法律进行
? 批准年度预算,起草详细的企业经营计划,交付月度报告
? 和公司总部,业务代表和客户做高效的内部和外部沟通,并获得及时的校准,建立人际网络

接受此项工作的挑战,您需拥有:
? 农业科学与园艺以及相关专业本科或以上学历,并对作物种植,生产和种子产业有很好的理解
? 至少五年以上种子产业工作经验和三年的海外经历
? 中国国籍,熟悉掌握中国和国际种子产业
? 很好的团队合作能力和经历
? 突出的组织、交流和人际交往能力,有责任心、忠诚和正直
? 对种子销售有极高的热情,愿意和客户直接沟通和在中国出差
? 市场经济驱动的战略思维能力
? 中英文口语流利,书写自如
? 熟练使用MS-Office软件分析数据和做报告

Our client is looking for a

Country / Sales Manager China (m/f) Agriculture

who will be to be responsible for the managing and implementation of all strategic and business goals and objectives in one of this important market segments in China.

This is a full time and permanent role and you will be responsible for:

? Managing and implementation of all strategic and business goals and objectives for this market segment in China. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.
? Giving direction and leadership towards the achievement of the company´s business philosophy, mission, strategy and compliance rules.
? Being a link between the headquarters and the Chinese market and ensuring the company´s business in line with the local Chinese laws and regulations.
? Agreeing annual budgets, producing a detailed annual business operating plan and delivering monthly reports.
? Effective communication internally and externally with company´s headquarters, representatives and clients and you gain alignment and networking.

In order to enable you to meet these challenges, you will ideally have:

? University Degree/Master Degree in agriculture or horticulture or other related subjects. Sound understanding of crop cultivation, plant production and seed industry.

? At least 5 years of working experience in seed sales/business and 3 years in an international environment.

? Chinese nationality and good Knowledge of both Chinese and international seed business

? Proven ability and experience in team management

? strong organisational, communicational and interpersonal skills and high sense of responsibility, loyalty and integrity,

? High enthusiasm for seed sales and willingness to work with clients directly and travel across the country

? market economy driven and thinking

? excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English

? Sound skills in Microsoft Office programs, data analysis and reporting
