1. Ensure timely and accurate Financial Release for new/used Motorcycle wholesales according to payment collection and certain release criteria.

2. Be responsible for Motorrad Accounts Receivables collection by effectively communicating with dealers.

3. Make revenue recognition in both Vehicle Wholesale system and DMS and also reconciliation among accounts or systems.

4. Work closely with Pricing, Sales Ordering and Logistic teams monitoring vehicle pricing and wholesales flow regarding timely and accurate revenue recognition.

5. Coordinate with BMW AR team for invoice issuances and CoR reimbursements.

6. Conduct wholesales monthly reports, continuing CoR payment review and other required reports on time.

7. Be responsible for Motorrad cost accounting and provision booking and month-end closes.

8. Be responsible for payment spot check and accounting document archive.

9. Assist to Controlling and top management for wholesales steering, cost controlling, auditing and tax topics working in a team or independently with logical thinking and task orientation.

10. Assist to business optimization including process improvement and IT system enhancement.

11. Involve to other ad-hoc internal or external requirement regarding Motorrad financial and controlling topics.

12. Support for team functional administration.

Requirements

Familiar with controlling and enterprise accounting system, accounting standard PRC,IFRS/IAS for enterprises, and relevant policies and regulations on finance and tax.

Distinct analytical cognitive abilities, numerical comprehension and holistic business thinking.

Solid knowledge of taxation in China.

SAP experience

Strong business understanding and entrepreneurial attitude with task orientated.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team-work spirit.

Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel and Power Point.

Strong initiative, self-esteem and self-motivation work ethic and optimistic attitude and efficient work style under pressure.
