• HR reports regularly(monthly and semi annual）for all BMW CN legal entities and distribute them to target groups
• Distribution list monthly maintain for all BMW CN legal entities
• Support on HR system issue analysis and raise the tickets
• UAT for new HR projects and change request implementation,
• PTMW training to time administrators
• Coordinate HR system training for HR and business users
• PR/PO creation and monitor
• HR data and analysis on demand

• Bachelor degree or above majored in Information Technology, Information Management or Human Resource,
• At least 3 years working experiences, HRIS or HR working experience is preferred ;
• Logical thinking, able to work under pressure and deadlines
• Good communication skill in both Chinese and English, oral and written;
• Familiar with office software: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Tableau tool skill is preferred
• Reliable, proactive, result-oriented.
