PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


主要工作职责


  1. Answer customer service hotline inbound calls;
  2. 定的工作时间内按时到岗,上线接听公司客户服务热线的来电;
  3. span>
  4. Answering customer inquiry calls and E-mails effectively and timely, meanwhile performing basic data entry. Serve customer well with professional business knowledge, delivering exceptional customer service satisfaction and loyalty;
  5. 有效地解答客户来电或电子邮件问询,并进行系统记录。提供有效的帮助和服务咨询,维护客户满意;
  6. span>
  7. Handle customer complain upon company policy and process, knowing complain details through well communication with customer, make preliminary analysis and describe issue’s situation, report to supervisor or forward to related department;
  8. 公司政策流程,如实处理和记录客户投诉,安抚客户情绪,将客户投诉的问题进行简单分析整理后汇报给上级主管或转交至相关部门;

  10. Make customer survey or appreciation outbound calls within required timeline, record and feedback valuable customer voices;
  11. 按时完成相关客户的回访电话,记录并反馈客户声音;
  12. span>
  13. Receives and provides the scanned files of legal agreement, equipment certification, invoices by customer requests;
  14. 并为客户提供相关文件的扫描件,包括相关协议,设备合格证,电子发票等;


  1. Handle customer insurance claim authority or insurance indemnity identification;

  3. Provides required reports, monitor customer services volume and performance;

JOB REQUIREMENTS: SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND KNOWLEDGE:

  1. This position requires college diploma or higher degree in any discipline, experience in bank, customer services, collections is preferred, experience must demonstrate an ability to gain in knowledge, skills and responsibility such that a level of full competency can be reached.

  3. 学士或以上学历,有银行、客户服务,收款等工作经验者优先考虑,以往的工作经验需展示出较强的学习能力,以及认真负责的工作态度。

  5. Good speaking in Chinese mandarin, ability to apply effective oral, written, and listening communication skills, ability to build up good relationship with customer;
