职位描述
岗位职责：
1.按顾客需求提供彩妆服务，打造各式妆容；
2.负责销售相关彩妆品牌产品，达成或超额完成销售目标；
3.负责彩妆专柜陈列、管理和维护、工作，保证专柜保持整洁有序；
4.负责库存货品的管理工作，及时清查，定期整理、盘点，及时反映销售信息；
5.协助护肤专家在完成彩妆产品销售后为顾客提供彩妆建议；
6.贯彻三大黄金服务法则以提高客户服务水平,提升顾客服务标准。
任职资格：
1.热爱化妆品销售工作，具备彩妆化妆技巧，能独立完成专业彩妆面部妆容；
2.形象气质佳、良好的沟通能力，工作热情主动，具备较强的销售技能；
3.一年以上彩妆品牌销售经验优先。
薪资福利：
1.基本薪资+月销售奖金、五险一金；
2.每年8天年假，每工作一年增加1天；
3.每年6天带薪病假；
4.年底13薪+年终调薪；
5.每半年一次晋升机会。
