岗位职责：

1.负责跟踪协助项目立项、工可及土地手续等项目前期手续办理；
2.编制项目总进度计划
3.协助招标工作，参与招标工程图纸答疑，草拟或审核合同专业相关条款，审核土建专业报价是否符合相关规定及各项收费是否合理；
4.施工过程中，负责项目施工质量、进度、安全、环保和成本的控制，解决施工中出现的具体专业技术问题；督促监理对施工现场的巡查，提出整改意见、监督落实并向上级汇报。
5.编写每周、月、季度施工进度报表及下期计划，参与有关工程与政府部门相关部门的联系、协调；协调施工、监理、设计之间以及与其他各专业之间的关系；
6.组织人员审查竣工资料和对单位工程及单项工程初验和组织个阶段竣工验收，对项目工程结算审价核定意见，办理决算手续及项目后评估。
7.完结工程结算并配合审计。

岗位要求：

1.建筑、工民建、土木工程类相关专业大学本科及以上学历，对设备管线、电气安装、防火防爆等有所了解；40岁以下。
2.3年以上土建、钢结构、水电等相关领域管理工作经验，具有中级以上职称者优先，具有牧场项目管理经验者优先；
3.熟悉国家及地方相关法规、政策，熟悉项目施工图、施工管理和有关施工规范及要求，掌握项目规划、建筑设计、施工、验收规范及市政配套等基本建设程序；
4.具有撰写文件、商务谈判、绘图、估算等技能；
5.能适应长期出差，认同企业文化，按企业制度开展工作，具备团队精神；
6.善于与不同人员沟通，能兼顾原则性与灵活性；
7.具有较强的书面、口头表达能力；
8.善于发现问题并能分析原因、提出可行的解决方案；
