岗位职责：

1、根据公司发展战略，以公司年度工作目标为标准，制定工作计划及实施方案，整合现有资源进行目标分解，并监督跟踪完成销售进度，确保销售目标的完成；

2、了解竞品对市场情况进行分析数据、定期市场调研、提供时常趋势、需求变化、竞争对手和客户反馈方面的准确信息，并根据结果拟定销售方案，及时调整销售策略以应对市场的变化、并制定可行解决方案；

3、根据不同渠道特性推进营销计划，监控执行整个项目过程推广、预算及效果评估；

4、洞察预测渠道危机及时提出改善意见并向上级主管汇总，存在问题提出整改方案并实施；

5、建立维护销售人员团队,实施有效的销售管理绩效考核方案及相应措施，确保销售计划达成；

6、有效地管理销售成本，使得盈利***化，负责销售资金的及时回笼，预防资金风险的发生。

岗位要求：

1、本科或以上学历，相关行业工作十年以上且具备五年以上用家系统销售管理经验，熟悉生产及研发流程的优先；

2、执行力强，且市场应变能力快，具备战略意识；

3、具备较强的项目策划能力、谈判能力、分析能力，商务沟通能力、协调能力，学习能力、善于突破，不断创新；

4、有丰富渠道开拓能力、谈判技巧、渠道管理经验，且拥有一定的客户资源，有一定人脉和客户积累的优先；

5、具备团队合作精神，良好的个人信誉及职业操守；

6、能熟练使用常用办公软件WORD,EXCEL,PPT等；

7、外语水平：英语四级，可直接交流沟通；

8、文案功底扎实，了解法规，善于运用文字表达；

9、身体健康，能吃苦耐劳，具备较强的抗压能力。
