岗位职责：

1、参与年度物流承运商招标，负责常温与领鲜物流合同的拟定与审核；

2、制订本部门物流年度预算，在实施过程中持续监控并分析差异，实现部门内物流工作的持续改进；

3、高效优化物流的配送路线，根据销售大区地域不同，不断整合和优化配送网络，对物流配送进度进行

监督管理，降低配送成本，提高配送效率；

4、定期组织盘点，并对盘点数据分析。定期分析物流和仓储数据，降低异常库存，优化仓储布局，提

升仓储物流效率；

5、与销售大区、物流中心、财务部等横向业务部门沟通和协调，做好整体供需预测、仓储容量分析、

运费核算，为新业务提供物流综合解决方案等；

6、负责物流布局的调整和优化，物流费用管理（预算控制和降本项目），物流合同管理，突发事件处理； 

7、全面负责物流市场评审、议价、定价、合同签署、对账、结算、付款、定期考评等，建立并实施行

之有效的控制程序和规范制度；

8、完成领导交办的其他工作任务；

1、大专及以上，物流管理类专业优先

2、工作认真负责严谨，有出色的公关、谈判技巧和沟通协调能力，有团队培养管理能力

3、快速消费品食品行业，有物流建模和物流管理经验
