Service Scope
？ Support customer complaint raw data checking, sorting, mapping and analysis to prepare monthly/weekly sensor report and individual requirements from internal/external.
？ Support deep-dive analysis of customer complaint by region/dealer/dealer group/category etc.
Requirements
？ Full time job is required;
？ Three years working experience in automobile industry or customer complaint is required;
？ Excellent skills at MS office software (Excel, PowerPoint and Word, etc.) and familiar about data analysis; Understand programming and macro to support data analysis
？ Excellent verbal and written English, TEM 8 is preferred.
