· Campus Recruitment: Engage with HR and Business stakeholders to plan, lead and monitor the implementation of campus recruitment process from “HC consolidation to offering”on assigned sector/department.

· University Relations： Develop and manage partnerships with major domestic and international university with a focus on healthcare related institutions .

· Program Management：Design and carry out student engagement programs include but not limited to online competition, online/offline campus talks, office visit, student club activities, etc.

· Candidate Experience Management: Enhance candidate experience through the whole recruitment experience, from recruitment platform building to post-offer and onboarding experience.

· Recruitment Marketing/Employer Branding: Lead and monitor the Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding efforts in Campus Recruitment, by leverage our social media platforms and internal/external platform/relations. Develop new initiatives to better showcase our EVP to perspective candidate and general public.

· Pipeline Building： Build strong pipeline among targeted student groups.

· Collaborate with internal and external partners on assigned projects.

Bachelor and above degree

· Prior work experience on campus recruitment or employer branding /advertisement/design is preferred.

· Good at relationship building and stakeholder management

· Good communication skills on written and verbal bilingually (English & Chinese)

· Analytical and result driven
