岗位职责：

1、协助总经理制定并实施企业战略、经营计划等政策方略，实现公司的经营管理目标及发展目标；

2、协助总经理制定公司发展战略规划、经营计划、业务发展计划；

3、协助总经理制定公司组织结构和管理体系、相关的管理、业务规范和制度；

4、按照分工独立完成分管工作，达成公司预算指标；

5、协助总经理对公司运作与各职能部门进行管理，协助监督各项管理制度的制定及推行；

6、完成总经理下达的工作。

岗位要求：

1、 全日制本科及以上学历；

2、 八年以上快消品行业中高层管理经验，有新零售业务开发及运营经验；

3、 具有良好的逻辑思维能力，商业分析能力，敏锐的数据洞察力；

4、 具有良好的沟通协调能力，责任心强，能承受较大工作压力；

5、 年龄40周岁以下。
