The Role

• The role works closely with local and global teams across all lines of business
• Operations: 

o   Dynamic and execution-focused to assists in the day-to-day operations of the security team

o   Closely align with internal stakeholders and external parties on cooperation on security and compliance

o   Support China CISO 

• Program management: Drive security programs in China across line of business to grow security community and culture for secure development, secure innovation and secure operations
• Process improvement: Actively contribute to improvement on programs / process performance by post review or feedback collections etc. 
• Communication: Coordinate communications on security across the company 

Role Requirements

• 2+ years of working experience in operations, administrations or program management etc.
• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related areas, security background or experience will be a plus 
• Proven experience in driving, organizing and coordinating cross-functions 
• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills, solution orientation and to learn and adapt quickly, thinking out of the box mindset 
• Demonstrated skills in creating and maintaining functional deliverables such as, program charter and plan, status reports, communications plan, schedule etc.
• Good communication skill and fluent in English
