MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Implement the company's strategy to achieve sales target and build up image of the company.
2. Implement promotion projects in the channel.
3. Control business development fund spending based on the effective resource management.
4. Check daily inventory status to meet sales' requirements.
5. Communicate between field sales and other departments (such as MKT, Finance, CSD...) to solve daily sales problem.
6. Analyses and compile sales data to better control sales process.

EDUCATION AND /OR EXPEREICNE:
1 Education: University Degree or higher
2 Experience:
Minimum 3 years Sales experience in Distributor Operations
Minimum 2 years working in Sales Systems (eg Demand Forecasting, EDI work with retailers)
Minimum 2 years experience leading a Multi-Functional Team to deliver electronic initiatives or computer systems to customers and/or field sales operations.
3 Special Knowledge:
MS Access, Computer literate in all Microsoft applications relevant to daily business operations, Writing computer software, Java code.

Responsibilities:
-Consolidate monthly customer plan from field sales;
-Consolidate monthly store plan;
-Apply and adjust the additional quota for Direct Trade customers;
-Apply and follow up programs from field sales;
-Other projects follow up for Direct Trade Team;
-Assistant work: Meeting arrangement,travel arrangement for Team Leader.


Requirements:
-College degree or above
-At least 1 year sales department experience in FMCG company
-Good skills of Word, Excel, Power Point
-Good English skill in writing and speaking
-Good communication with filed sales and other departments.
