工作职责:

1. 协助工厂SAP项目负责人做好项目的跟进，确保各部门按时完成SAP项目实施要求。

To assist SAP project leader to follow up the project progress and ensure that all departments complete the project implementation requirements on time.

2. 负责BI/BA实施方面的支持工作，协助计划和仓库SAP的实施。

Support BI/BA implementation and assist SAP implementation in planning and warehouse.

Be familiar with production process, ensure daily production schedule accuracy.

3. 工厂内会议的协调安排，协调培训时间，管理用户培训完成情况, 完成相关文件的更新，起草和生效

Coordination of project related meetings, coordinate training time and manage user training completion progress， update/draf/effctive relevant documents.

4. 与工厂其他部门及时沟通所有项目的需求及变化，以保证项目的执行及时完成。

Communicate with other department for project requirements and changes to ensure project execution and completion on time.

5. 遵守公司有关EHS的政策和规定，并完成EHS相关要求。

Comply with company policies and regulations related to EHS and complete the EHS requirements.

6. 确保行为符合国家法律、法规及公司政策的要求。

Ensure compliance with the requirements of national and company laws and regulations.

7. 及时完成部门经理安排的其它工作。/Complete other work arranged by department manager

任职资格:

本科学历及以上，了解生产企业的基本流程，有生物制药工厂的检验尤佳。

有3年以上SAP使用的经验；

有数据分析方面的经验，良好的沟通能力；

能够熟练使用Excel、PPT等Office软件。

Bachelor degree or above, familiar with the process of factory, experience in biopharma industrial is preferred.

At least 3 years of SAP experience;

Good at data analysis and communication skills；

Good at office software, especially in Excel and PPT
