岗位要求：

1、本科或以上学历，计算机软件、通信相关专业；

2、1年以上软件项目管理经验或3年以上相关工作经验或者Android开发经验；

3、Android基础扎实，熟悉telephony，熟练掌握C/C++/Java程序设计；

4、熟悉项目流程，精通项目中的软件流程，熟练制定软件计划；

5、善于梳理和总结需求，善于沟通交流、管控进度和协调资源；

6、熟悉通信相关知识，了解基本协议；

7、有海外大运营商定制经验优先，英语口语精通者优先；

8、责任心强，工作认真细致,主动性强, 能承受工作压力。

岗位职责：

1、项目软件接口：配合项目PM梳理所有软件相关事宜；

2、软件版本发布计划制定：根据PM提供的项目计划制定软件版本发布计划；

3、软件SPEC制定：结合平台情况和实际硬件配置及项目情况，制定满足客户需求的软件SPEC；

4、客户需求分析和维护：快速准确分析理解客户的软件需求，及时反馈并给出预计开发周期，整理客户需求并通过软件版本发布输出到测试部；

5、需求和BUG分配：结合参与项目的软件同事的工作状况，按模块类别及时分到个人；

6、工作和资源协调，软件进度管控：开发需求、解决bug；协助项目其他软件同事分析定位问题、和客户及PM沟通、协调其他软件同事需要的资源；针对项目计划合理安排计划和人力，确保软件进度；

7、软件功能完善：收集客户和PM等使用软件的反馈意见，修正缺陷或故障，完善和扩展软件的性能。

8、软件分支维护：负责项目、客户软件分支维护、patch、bug修改的导入。

9、知识产权管理：协助专利以及软件著作权申请，确保公司利益。
