| 岗位职责： 经销商规划及管理： ？评估经销商体系，提出经销商改善计划，包括数量和承担区域 ？阶段销量指导 ？经销商KPI设置和考评 |
| 销售团队管理： ？管理与销量及预算相匹配的费用支出 ？管理销售团队日常工作流程 ？协同拜访 ？提升团队销售效率 |
| 产品管理： ？销售符合公司指引的产品结构的SKU ？管理产品生命周期，提出新产品需求 ？检查PTW、PTC、PTR并确保准确执行 |
| 投资管理： ？审核每个城市经理提报的月度促销计划，并予以指导和调整 ？检查Buy Out POCs执行情况 |
