MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES：

The primary responsibility of the medical operation supervisor is to build the overall medical communication platform focus on Pfizer culture and medical core value. Initiative the activities among entire medical team to enhance interaction, trust and engagement, create well-being and belonging environment in medical affair team. the person should have strong customer insight and learnability skill to design and manage the culture projects with different channel and digital approaches, also track the completion of cross-functional projects. 1.       Building MA communication platform align on Pfizer culture and MA core value ·         Collaborate with medical lead and HR to arche the annually medical culture wording and make annually action plan for communication and culture projects. ·         Assist in the overall internal and external communications of the Medical Affairs team through creation of quarterly Medical Affairs newsletters distributed to the global and cross functional teams. ·         Lead the general communication management with internal department ü  To manage current medical communction platforms to external & internal stakeholders ü  To develop and implement of the Medical communication Model to external & internal stakeholders to present best medical value and position ü  To lead medical operation strategy in culture and climate building by initiating and supporting medical culture develop projects in cost-effective way. 2.       Playing key role in operational process improvement across the department. ·         Organize, coordinate and execute the medical team-level-activities Including annual meetings (logistics, financial administration, and documentation) with internal as well as external collaborators, consultants and other stakeholders relevant to the Medical Affairs program. ·         Prepare agendas and develop agenda for meetings as needed under supervision of the Medical Affairs directors and in conjunction with global / EM medical or cross-functional team ·         Facilitate the global-level meeting which happened in China. ·         Plan logistics of team events as necessary. ·         Identify and perform other duties as assigned to ensure the successful operation of the Medical Affairs team. 3.       Maintain and manage all the vendor to support cross-function request ·         Manage medical professional vendors for academic utilize, such as WRD, medical translation etc. ·         Manage vendors related Medical communication and conference service.      

            

REQUIRED SKILL SET Basic Qualifications: ·

Excellent learning ability and communication skill. ·      Experience in project management ·      General understanding of medical affairs activities and the regulatory environment ·     Flexible and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities as the needs of the Medical Affairs team grow and evolve ·     Well-organized with a strong sense of urgency and standard of quality; ability to prioritize tasks and work simultaneously on multiple projects ·      Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MS or other relevant advanced degree preferred   Experience ·      2+ years of working experience in operation function,  if in pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotech company is plus
