Chemist( 新产品开发)

Responsibilities:

1. Develop industry and academic network between technology departments of NIPSEA, key universities and research institutes, to anticipate and explore innovation opportunities.
2. Independently develop advanced coating working platforms based on the new technology trends, customer values and legal compliance.
3. Develop work plan and carry out R&D work independently based on the agreed project target.
4. Document and information collecting as the input of project running and technology report and summary drafting based on the review and project management requests as the output.
5. Working closely with different functional team or departments like resin team, measurement team, IP department, PT department to ensure that new products/technology developed can be timely registered and delivered.     

 

Requirements:

1. MS degree in chemistry, engineering or materials science. PhD is preferred.      

2. Minimum 3-years relevant industry experience in coating related areas                   

3. Material Science, Polymer or Chemistry background.

4. Understanding and knowledge of value chain, competitive landscape, product and market trend in coating areas.

5. Project management skills or practices; experimental skills and capability.

6. Good communication with varied teams or functions.

7. Entrepreneur spirit is preferred.

8. Business sense, problem identity and solve ability, and quick learning ability     

Domestic and international travels required.
