Main responsibilities:

EVENT DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION IN HAY STORE

1.         Be able to develop resource in design, architecture, art and related field.

2.         Create feasible working plan for events and operate it.

3.         Work closely with all functions of HAY and implement in-store events, such as Media events, designer and                        architect events, co-branding events, client events. The goal of events is keep our stores with hot topic both                      online and offline. 

4.         Be able to build up solid communication with client to achieve commercial value.

5.         Focus on capturing trends of the furniture field, always is sensitive in industry trends and new things in the                       market, both for on line and off line.

ONLINE PROMOTION

1.         Operate WeChat account, write article and release every week.

2.         Develop and cooperate with Medias to promote our stores online.

3.         Further, fully implement the task that arrange by management.

Requirements:

1.         Bachelor degree of design or relevant majors (oversea background is preferred)

2.         Excellent language skill to communicate with client and colleague

3.         Strong analytical, planning and executing skill of event management. Able to present and work with cross                         function leaders. 

4.         Strong organization skills to well manage multitask, can meet deadline and work under pressure.

5.         Excellent written and verbal communication skill in Mandarin and English.
