requirements General SCope  

1. Answer emergency work calls in time.

1. Ensure all CCTV system and Access system are under maintenance and working smoothly.
2. Monitoring of the Electronic Security Systems status and improvements suggestion.

1. Tracking equipment failure and upgrade items.
2. Support evacuation plans and drills.
3. Support Emergency Procedures.
4. Follow up with vendors for maintenance and repairs
5. Ensure vendor maintenance contracts are valid
6. Make SAP China security plan and submit work report according to manager`s arrangement and requirement
7. Finish other work assigned by manager and report work progress in time
8. Execution and tracking Visitor Management System related：

  Patrolling

1. Support events
2. Check and prevent entry of unauthorized people/staff
3. Check that security system/equipment are working and not tampered with
4. Check that exits are clear and secured and doors/windows Secured
5. Note and report irregularities
6. Check perimeter fences/walls for wear & tear or forced entry
7. Execute security related policy, such as” Clean Desk”.
8. Respond to & report alarms
9. Respond to & report to fire related incidents
10. Respond to & report to the deal of GSIM case
11. Respond to & report crimes or public order incidents
12. Respond to & report suspicious persons, belongings
13. Respond to & report lift breakdown, power failure
