职位描述
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，工业工程等相关专业；
2、3年以上IE相关工作经验；
3、熟练使用办公各类软件及Auto CAD绘图软件；
4、扎实的IE专业基础，有设施规划和物流分析、方法研究与作业分析、成本分析的经验；熟练应该IE七大手法和ECRS原则优化生产；
5、熟悉精益生产，能主导生产线产能提升、效率提升、现场改善及项目跟进；
6、有较好的执行力&责任心、沟通、组织和协调能力、逻辑思维能力。
岗位职责：
1、工艺流程、工具测试等标准化建立及推行；
2、项目研发生产成本评估管控及各代工厂加工成本报价审核；
3、项目生产工艺流程制定评审，并对生产流程进行不断优化改善；
4、生产工艺文件（SOP）审核及监督执行；
5、行业先进生产工艺&自动化设备评估导入，提升工厂制程能力；
6、辅助工厂现场改善并提升生产效率，推行标准化作业，建立精益样板线。
